How It Works?

  • Prepare Your Items

    • Wash & Fold: Please ensure your items are freshly laundered.
    • Neatly Pack: Fold them carefully and pack them in a secure package.
    • Label: Include your name, address, and phone number inside the package.

  • Send Them Our Way

    • Fill Out the Form: Click on the button below (Resell or Donate) and submit your details via our Google Form. Our team will get in touch with you shortly after.
    • Ship Your Package: Send it to the address we’ll share after you fill out the form.

  • Inspection & Sorting

    • Quality Check: Our team inspects each item to ensure it’s in good condition—no tears, stains, fading, or missing accessories.
    • Sorting:
    • Resale: Items passing our quality standards will be listed for resale.
    • Donate: If an item doesn’t qualify for resale, you can choose to donate it or have it returned.
    • Recycle: Unwearable items go to our recycling facility, ensuring minimal waste.

  • Your Payout

    • Immediate 12% Payout: For each approved resale item, you receive 12% of its sale value right away.
    • What if it doesn’t qualify?: If your item isn’t approved for resale, you can opt to have it sent back or donated/recycled.
