• Orders will be shipped and delivered within 5-8 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business days.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

• We offer standard and express shipping options through nationally renowned third party logistics providers.

• Shipping costs are calculated additionally at checkout.

• We only ship domestically within India currently.

3. Delivery Time

• Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, or even damages).

4.  Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking details via email/SMS/WhatsApp communication. You can use this number to monitor the status and estimated arrival of your package.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided during checkout.
