How It Works?

  • Prepare Your Items

    • Wash & Fold: Please ensure your items are freshly laundered.
    • Neatly Pack: Fold them carefully and pack them in a secure package.
    • Label: Include your name, address, and phone number on the package.

  • Send Them Our Way

    • Check our Resale Policy: Read our resale policy to understand how it works with us and message us on Instagram/WhatsApp if in case of any queries! Our team will get in touch with you shortly after.
    • Ship Your Package: Send your items to the address we share with you :)

  • Inspection & Sorting

    • Quality Check: Our team inspects and sorts each item to ensure it’s in good condition - no tears, stains, fading, or missing accessories. This usually takes a week or two.
    • Resale: You will also be sent a comprehensive report for your reference. Items passing our quality standards will be listed for resale after your approval. What is still wearable but doesn't fit our curation is donated.
    • Recycle: Unwearable items go to our partner facilities for recycling, ensuring minimal waste.

  • Your Payout

    • Immediate Payout: For each approved resale item, you receive 15%-20% of its resale value right away.
    • What if it doesn’t qualify?: If your item isn’t approved for resale, you can opt to have it sent back or donated/recycled.
